Envision Committee
Bishop Sheridan for the past four years, has encouraged parishes to engage in a more mission oriented and integrated approach to pastoral planning. To that end the diocese, under the leadership of Ed Gaffney, has developed a strategic planning process, as well as a group of volunteer planning consultants to assist parishes in this effort. Dr. Nick Colarelli and Dr. Al Peterson were assigned to work with the parishes in the Northern Deanery.
At St. Francis, the planning process was initiated three years ago under Fr. Herb Hayek and completed this January under Fr. Brad Noonan.
