Complete the forms and RETURN WITH PAYMENT to the Parish office by AUGUST 31 to receive the Discounted Rate. Priority Class Placement for your children cannot be guaranteed after JULY 31, but we do our best to accommodate our volunteers! The most popular days will fill quickly!

NEW! THURSDAY Faith Formation for Adults and Children Kinder - 5th grade

Dinner is provided 5:30 - 6:00pm. From 6:00-7:15pm, adults will gather to experience ChristLife in a separate learning space from the children who will attend Faith & Life in their regular classroom setting. A nursery for children infant to age 4 will be available.

*RCIA C/T  Rite of Christian Initiation for Children and Teens 

For ages 7 - 17 in need of the Sacrament of Baptism in the Catholic Church. 

​

*SFBC  Sacrament Formation for Baptized Catholics 

For grades 4th - 12th who are missing more than 2 years of Faith Formation and need First Reconciliation, First Communion, and/or Confirmation.

​

IMPORTANT: Don't forget to complete the VOLUNTEER Faith Formation Registration Packet (also available in the Parish office) and return with payment by AUGUST 31 for the Discounted Rate.
