About the event

Each year, our Diocesan Bishop celebrates the Blue Mass in appreciation of all the dedicated and professional work of our local Law Enforcement Personnel, Firefighters, and Emergency Services/First Responders.

This year, all law enforcement personnel who are present will receive a special St Michael the Archangel coin, personally blessed by Bishop Golka during the Mass. St. Michael the Archangel is the patron saint of the Law Enforcement professional.

All firefighters present, will receie a special St. Florian coin, personally blessed by Bishop Golka during the Mass.  St. Florian is the patron saint of the Firefighters' profession.

All Peace Officers and Firefighters are invited to wear their uniform of the day or their Class A dress uniform.  

There is a lunch reception after the Mass, all are invited to attend.
