You can make a commitment to visit with Jesus in Adoration the same time and day each week.
If you're concerned about being able to keep a commitment, buddy up with a friend or relative where you can divide up the hour or cover for each other if you go out of town.
Not sure what to do in Adoration? Pray the Rosary, the Divine Mercy Chaplet, a Litany of Saints. Journal in the REAL Presence of Jesus. There are countless videos available on YouTube!
