Thank you!  Thank you! Thank you! - As our annual Stewardship Renewal Commitment weekend approaches next week, all we can say is “Thank You!” Over the past three years of this stewardship way of living, our time in prayer, our talent in ministries, and our treasure in the financial support of our parish is increasing!  We truly show our faith in Jesus Christ following in the missionary footsteps of our Patron, Saint Francis.

December 1 is the date for the closing purchase of the property at 1140 Lake Gulch Road for the new mission of our parish in the Crystal Valley area!  Thanks to your generous support, we are confident in our ability to fund that purchase of 2.3 million dollars. This is extraordinary, and it is only thanks to our faith and generosity in action!

Turning to our Saint Francis Church right here, we are grateful to be completely debt-free!  We continue to be good stewards of our beautiful property right here in order to serve the families that are still joining us in great numbers from Castle Pines, Founders, and even South Parker.

Thank you to Kent Freuh and Larry Callin from our Finance Council for taking the initiative to study, plan and implement the following projects for Saint Francis:

  • Two new digital signs for the 5th Street entrance to our church

  • New Air Conditioning/Heating units for Assisi Hall, Library, Offices, and Basement

  • A new sewer line or septic field

  • A stair lift or elevator from the upstairs to the basement

Our time in prayer, talents in ministry, and treasure in financial support will make this all possible.  Stay tuned for continued updates both on our new parish mission and the projects here at Saint Francis.  It all happens thanks to our good stewardship and generous support.  Thank you!  Thank you!  Thank you!

May Jesus bless you with peace and all good!
